As a Network Support Engineer, you’ll ensure our network is continuously operating at high-performance levels while providing top-notch technical support and troubleshooting complex issues for business customers. Bring your analytical skills and customer-centric approach to make an impact!
As a CXS, you’ll guide customers seamlessly from sales to service activation, ensuring a positive initial impression. You’ll work cross-functionally to provide timely, consistent project updates to customers and advocate internally for optimizations to our overall customer experience.
From prospect to close, our Account Executives oversee the full sales cycle, build exceptional B2B pipelines, and connect with prospects, clients, and partners — all while promoting the value of Pilot’s services and customer experience.
Our DC Tech ensures our data centers are continuously operating at high levels of performance. You’ll keep them meticulously organized, updated, and maintained through routine patch and capacity work, inventory, documentation and troubleshooting.
A staff accountant at Pilot plays a critical role in maintaining accurate books and records while supporting a growing business. Staff accountants can expect to learn the accounting trade by collecting revenue from our customers, reconciling bank accounts, addressing customer inquiries, etc in support of balancing the books at the world’s best ISP.
