As a Senior Network Support Engineer, you'll focus on providing exceptional, timely, accurate technical support to our business customers. You'll proactively monitor our network, identify issues, serve as an escalation point and technical mentor to junior team members, and contribute to network infrastructure projects.
From prospect to close, our Account Executives oversee the full sales cycle, build exceptional B2B pipelines, and connect with prospects, clients, and partners — all while promoting the value of Pilot’s services and customer experience.
Leading our marketing team, you’ll develop and execute Pilot’s marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue through various initiatives. You’ll also collaborate internally with different teams to enhance sales, our customer experience, and overall market differentiation.
