As a Senior Network Engineer, you'll architect and evolve Pilot's network infrastructure, designing scalable solutions across our fiber and data center footprint. You'll drive improvements from concept through implementation while mentoring the broader engineering team.
As a Network Implementation Engineer, you'll own the end-to-end implementation of network infrastructure across our data center footprint, turning designs into live, production-ready services that directly power customer connectivity. You'll also be a go-to technical resource for frontline teams, bridging the gap between support and engineering.
The Manager, Support leads our Tier 1 support and Tier 2 technical support teams in delivering the customer experience Pilot is known for—fast, proactive, and human. You'll own the day-to-day of support operations while developing and managing a growing team, optimizing workflows, and collaborating across teams to resolve issues while making our support even better.
As a Customer Support Associate, you'll act as our customers' first point of contact, providing exceptional customer experience and technical support. This role will handle a variety of customer inquiries and requests, resolve basic technical issues, and escalate complex problems to higher-level technical teams.
